Dreaming Tree Technology's Terms & Return Policy

Dreaming Tree Technology, Inc, hereunto referred to as Firewalls.com, reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward future purchases only. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Dreaming Tree Technology, Inc. on returned items, and Dreaming Tree Technology, Inc. will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Return policy

• Dreaming Tree Technology, Inc. offers a 30 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact your Dreaming Tree Technology, Inc. account manager.
• Please call 866-469-9255 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.
• All equipment returned MUST: be 100 percent complete. They must contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. No product will be issued an RMA number if it has been opened unless explicit approval has been provided by the manufacturer.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
• Dreaming Tree Technology, Inc. strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
• If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Firewalls.com to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Dreaming Tree Technology, Inc. immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Dreaming Tree Technology, Inc. of damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Call 866-469-9255 or your Dreaming Tree Technology, Inc. account manager to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
• DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to the manufacturer within 30 days from the invoice date for replacement, exchange or repair.
• NON-DEFECTIVE, unopened returns may be accepted directly by Dreaming Tree Technology, Inc. within 30 days from the invoice date, at Dreaming Tree Technology, Inc.'s discretion for: credit, exchange, or refund. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
• Any discrepancies with what you ordered and what was received must be brought to our attention within 3 business days of you receiving the order.

Software return policy

Software licenses cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless first authorized by the manufacturer.
NOTE: Multiple licenses may not be returned beyond 30 days for any reason.

License / activation code return policy

Licenses and activation codes are treated as software by the manufacturer. As such, they cannot be returned for a refund or credit.

Wrong product ordered

You are fully responsible for what you order. Dreaming Tree Technology, Inc. cannot be held liable for products you purchase that do not work in your environment. We try to provide the latest information available to you but you should rely directly on the manufacturer's website for all of the details.

Important note

If the terms and conditions stated on your purchase differ from those stated on our invoice, and you do not notify Firewalls.com of such within 15 days, it shall signify your acceptance of our original terms as stated on our invoice.

Pricing disclaimer

All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Dreaming Tree Technology, Inc. reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

Legal disclaimers

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.

Dreaming Tree Technology, Inc. expressly prohibits: Any non-personal or commercial use of any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy Firewalls.com Web pages or the content contained herein without prior written permission by Firewalls.com; Collection or use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices, from the firewalls.com website for the benefit of another merchant that supplies products competitive with or comparable to those offered on the Firewalls.com website; and, Any use of, visits to, or other action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the firewalls.com website, or otherwise interferes with the proper and timely functioning of the firewalls.com website.
