  • Need firewall for site-to-site connectivity

  • We are a small business with most of our employees working from remote locations. I would like a firewall that can support up to 25 site-to-site VPN connections as we are growing at a steady pace. Which firewall would you recommend? by Phil Petit - Firewalls.com

  • Need to Monitor Internet Usage for 100 Employees

  • We have a medium sized company of about 100. Lately we have been running into problems with people surfing the web, watching movies and playing online games during business hours. • We are a fire station in need of a firewall. We have approximately 20 users at this location. • Small business in need of firewall that support multiple WAN connections

  • I am currently supporting a small business and am looking for a router/firewall that can support and load balance multiple WAN connections. We currently have a T1 from Qwest with 8 public IP's and also a 50Mb cable connection from Cox with 1 static Public IP and a CIDR block of 16 static Public IP's. The Cox single static IP and the CIDR block are not in the same subnet. I would like to be able to address all of the Public IP's to NAT addresses inside the firewall. These would be for SMTP, RDP, Outlook Web access, etc. I would also like to be able to load balance outgoing connections. The incoming connections for SMTP would use round robin DNS to balance the incoming SMTP. I would like the capability for all outgoing traffic to be routed through one WAN connection if the other WAN connection failed. We are supporting approximately 60 internal users for internal/external email, internal server applications and outgoing web access to the internet and external web access for Outlook/smart phones. We are also running Blackberry Enterprise Server for about 70 phones. We support internal VOIP, but none of the VOIP connections connect outside the internal network. Can you suggest an appropriate firewall that can meet our needs? We are currently using pfSense running on a rack mounted PC. by Phil Petit - Firewalls.com

  • Secure Wireless Access for Restaurant Patrons

  • We have a small restaurant that we would like to provide wireless access for our customers. We would like the wireless network to be separate from the wired network that is used for the company business. We would also like to filter the content so that no one can access any inappropriate websites while others are having their lunch. We only have 5 computers on the company network but can have as many as 30 wireless users in the restaurant. by Todd Carper - Firewalls.com

  • Unified Management for Multiple Sonicwall Firewalls

  • We have 9 Sonicwall firewalls deployed at all of our remote offices and would like to have a way to manage all the firewalls from one location. Currently we log into each device remotely and it can be quite tedious when doing service renewals, configuration adjustments, etc. by Todd Carper - Firewalls.com
