It doesn't come with training! Though, we got the videos from firewalls.com and was able to get it working. We tried to following along in the manual but there are so many ways to set this up that the videos weree the best way to go. (Posted on 4/23/10)

We went from a TZ170 to the NSA 2400. This is like going from a reliable chevy....to a souped up sports car-- The catch is that you need to learn how to drive again. The box has a ton tof features, but it was necessary to relearn how to do things. I did find the setup wizards very helpful to get started. (Posted on 7/8/09)

Very happy with this firewall. We used to have the pro2040 model and upgraded to the 2400 because of the speed boost in Internet access. The other major difference is that this comes with the enhanced software (we had to buy it as an upgrade on the 2040) (Posted on 6/25/09)
