Pros:
The device was easy to setup.
Wireless speed is very fast compared to the cheap wireless router we used before.

Cons:
It was a bit difficult getting it setup the first time. there are a lot of options available but after spending some time reading the guides I figured it out. (Posted on 2/18/11)
