SonicSENTRY Overview

SonicSENTRY is a realtime desktop alerting application designed to keep you informed of firewall events. When the firewall detects an anomaly such as viruses, sypware, intrusion attacks or employee Internet usage violations SonicSENTRY instantly notifies you via a desktop alert message. SonicSENTRY FAQ

Q. How does licensing work?
A. SonicSENTRY comes in a single license and an unlimited license option. Single license will only allow alerts from a single SonicWALL firewall. Unlimited allows alerts from as many firewalls as you choose.

Q. Do you provide a refund if I am not happy?
A. Yes. We want you to benefit from this valuable tool. However, if you do not receive any benefits from using SonicAUDIT let us know and we will provide a full refund within the first 30 days.

Q. Will this work with my firewall?
A. SonicSENTRY is design to work with 3rd generation firewalls and newer. This includes at SonicWALL TZ, NSA, PRO and E-Class models.

Q. Does SonicSENTRY create a log file of events?
A. At this time, no. We do plan on adding additional features later and logging is one of them.

Q. What if I have a problem with the software?
A. No problem. You can quickly create a support ticket in your Firewalls.com account and we will respond as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

Q. Who created SonicSENTRY?
A. SonicSENTRY was developed by the Firewalls.com Security Team in our lab. Just like you, we take security seriously and look for newer, better ways to stay secure. SonicSENTRY is one of our tools that we use to be aware of what is happening at the firewall.
