We recently upgraded our internet connection to cable and found the older sonic wall 170 we had could not handle the new speed. Once we installed the new tz200 we were then able to realize the new speed.

PROS:
MUCH faster internet speeds.

CONS:
A bit more complicated to setup but firewalls.com was able to help. (Posted on 10/12/11)

I had a TZ170W that served the needs of my small office. Problem was I replaced 2 power adapters and then finally the WAN port failed. Only lasted 3 years. I like my newTZ200 but I really would have liked to upgrade later to a TZ210 and get more features. I also was a bit disappointed at the very small discount for an upgrade. (Posted on 4/14/11)
