This firewall is great for small businesses. It performs well and was moderately difficult to setup. If you're an IT pro with some networking skills, you can do it with some Internet research. Documentation is available on SonicWALL's main website under the support section. Make sure you read the documentation throughly before setting up the device. The quick start guide leaves some key things out. You need to register the device and enable all the security services in the device in order for them to work. The security solutions are not enabled by default. It's a great device with a lot of settings which you can spend hours playing with. If you think that you can't setup the device by yourself, then look into Firewalls.com's setup service. Firewalls.com did offer me a good service and resolved any issues that I had quickly.
