Works exactly as they promote it. I had some problems setting up a VPN with my office and called support (and I would rather die than call support for anything). The support person was easy to contact, very knowledgable and friendly--how often does that occur when dealing with tech support? He had me ready to go in about 5 minutes. Very well built machine.
