This product does everything that we need it to do for a small company (50 users, 2 websites).

The device efficiently scans the packets and passes them through without noticeable delays.

When configuring the device there are long (1-2 Min) delays when saving the configuration from any change even if it is something like adding or removing a single IP address from a blacklist. I am used to an overall save when configuration is complete not from every page. This is the 3rd firewall appliance I have worked with the first being Cisco and the second a Symantec. Since I am not used to working with firewalls much perhaps this is the standard in the industry now.

Overall it is easy to use. As a novice at configuring this type of equipment I learned the basics in an hour and some more advanced features in a day.

PROS:
The SonicWALL TZ 210 Wireless firewall out performs all other wireless solutions in the UTM wireless firewall market. Advanced wireless features, easy to setup wireless guest services and superior UTM features make this the Cadillac of wireless UTM firewalls.

CONS:
A bit on the pricey side. However, we have learned that in this market you really do get what you pay form. (Posted on 5/6/09)
