Dell SonicWALL TZ Basic Service, 8x5 Support & Monitoring

I must admit I know NOTHING about firewalls. However, being a business owner of a small candy shop, I knew I needed one. We chose to go with the sonicwall because it appears to be the best firewall on the market. In addition, we decided to let firewalls.com configure the product and manage it for us.

We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our decision. We would have no clue what to do when the network comes under attack but these guys do. We get a call at least once a month from them letting us know what just happened and how they fixed it. THAT is one less thing for us to mess with.

If you are thinking about using firewalls.com service give them a call. They were very helpful. We recomend these guys! A+++++++
