Highly recommend this service. Firewall arrived completely configured and ready to go. Ran into an issue installing it (the ISP had to be notified of a firewall being installed) but these guys took care of it for me. (Posted on 9/29/09)

I am very happy with this service. I had no clue on how to setup a firewall let alone VPN tunnels. Firewalls.com team was very professional and answered on questions promptly. In fact, we have continued to use them for support simply because they know their stuff! (Posted on 5/28/09)
