In this video you will learn how to take a single public IP address assigned by the ISP and dedicate it to an email server on the LAN side of the network.
It is very common for businesses to setup a dedicated IP address for their email server. This can be useful for controlling bandwidth and access to the server from the Internet.
On the SonicWALL firewall we will create a NAT policy to map the needed public IP address to the private IP address of the email server located on the internal network.
For this demonstration we are using the following addresses in the video:
Mail Server Public IP Address: 2.2.2.99
Mail Server Private IP Address: 192.168.168.99
