In this video we will demonstrate how to reset your SonicWALL firewall device and install the default SonicOS operating system. We will reboot the SonicWALL firewall into SafeMode and then boot it with the factory default settings SonicOS image.

As with most complicated electronic devices, firmware or operating systems can become corrupt. This corruption may occur from improperly configuring the device, power outages or brownouts, static electricity plus many more other reasons.

As such, there may be a time when you simply have to reset and start over.
