Welcome to Firewalls.com.
In this video you will learn how to setup a site-to-site VPN between two SonicWALL firewalls when one of them has a dynamic public IP address.
It is very common for enterprises to connect branch offices to the main office through site-to-site VPN tunnels. Normally, to save costs, many branch offices use Internet connections with dynamic IP addresses(e.g. DSL or cable connections).
This can pose a little bit of a problem if you want to quickly setup the VPN tunnels using pre-shared keys for authenticating the VPN gateways. You can deal with this problem by using IKE Aggressive Mode instead of IKE Main Mode.
