Constant Web-based Monitoring
The Advanced Level of managed service provides each customer with access to an easy to use online portal which collects and analyzes real-time network data. Once we provide training on the many features of this tool, customers can use this monitoring system to quickly check up on the network at any time to discover potential or existing security threats. In addition, customers can call us at any time to get further information on system monitoring or reports from this portal.

Equipment Replacement / Repair
If it turns out that the SonicWALL itself is failing, a replacement appliance will be configured and shipped out via overnight courier within one business day.

Remote Firmware Updates
As soon as new SonicWALL firmware is released it will be deployed remotely.

Configuration Changes
Business needs change. In the event that a (non-emergency) SonicWALL configuration change is necessary, it will be completed within four hours of the request, between 8am and 6pm, Eastern, Monday through Friday.

Security Threat Detection and Comprehensive Outage Remediation
Rapid response to any threats or outages detected through our constant monitoring will be attended to first by our certified SonicWall engineering team. If instant remediation is not possible, our customer will receive personal notification of the threat or outage while we continue to secure the network or bring it back online. We will work tirelessly to eliminate the issue until it is resolved to 100% satisfaction.

All managed service customers can request emergency services anytime a crisis occurs, and a certified team member will assist.
