Most quote requests are answered the same business day, and usually within an hour during normal business hours (9AM–6PM EST, Mon–Fri). More complex multi-site or enterprise quotes may take a little longer while we validate sizing, licensing, and trade-in eligibility.
Unopened, unregistered hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Software licenses, subscription services, and items already registered to an end user are generally non-returnable per manufacturer policy. Always contact your sales rep before shipping anything back so we can issue an RMA and route it correctly.
