Inside Sales Account Representative

Job Description

The Inside Sales Account Representative role prospects potential leads & generates sales revenue by performing a variety of inbound & outbound sales strategies for our network security appliances, services, & solutions. We are looking for individuals that nurture long-term relationships with clients & convert buyers into advocates for the Firewalls.com brand. Be ready to excel in a fast-paced technical sales environment to help accelerate revenue growth & delight our growing customer base. Our Sales team works with high-level technology products for a diverse customer base that spans many industries and market verticals.

Requirements
  • Experience selling business-to-businesses
  • Desire to build a pipeline of opportunities & close deals
  • Familiarity with Internet security in the business environment a plus
  • Experience with ZOHO CRM a plus
  • Networking & cybersecurity experience a plus
  • Experience in handling sales inquiries using phone, "Chat" & emails
  • Proven track record of closing deals on the phone
  • Recent experience in exceeding individual monthly quota
Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals & objectives
  • Establish new customers & grow existing customer accounts
  • Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email or chat from potential leads
  • Make outbound calls to identify sales opportunities
  • Responsible for entering & maintaining customer’s information, accurate weekly revenue forecasts, funding source & competitive intelligence data into our CRM database
  • Takes ownership of personal technical skills to keep pace with changes within the marketplace & increase your number of sales opportunities
  • Cross-sell & upsell opportunities to maximize account potential
